What Is My Coaching?
Am a career reinvention coach who uses performance principles, executive strategy and real world experience inside high performance environments to help clients move from uncertainty and misalignment to clarity, confidence, positioning , and action.
Who Is Coaching For?
Professionals who feel mis-aligned in their career and want to navigate into more meaningful work-not by simply choosing their next job, but by understanding who they are becoming, identifying what they truly want, and turning that vision into a credible, financially viable path forward.
What is The Process Like?
I help professionals reinvent their professional identity using a unique blend of performance psychology, executive strategy, and market positioning. Drawing from my training with Lee Strasberg and experience in high-performance corporate environments, my process helps clients embody a new level of leadership, communicate their value with authority and transition into more aligned and higher-paid opportunities.
1. Identity
Uncover your identity; My coaching combines emotional insight, presence work, and identity exploration inspired by the legendary techniques of Lee Strasberg to help clients step into their most authentic selves. I help people remove the masks they’ve learned to wear and reconnect with their authentic identity.”
2. Clarity
Find your direction; True transformation begins with identity. When clients reconnect with who they really are, clarity, direction, and decisive leadership naturally follow. I guide visionary individuals through a refined transformational process that brings clarity to their purpose, direction, and next level of leadership.
3. Roadmap
Build your roadmap; When identity becomes clear, the roadmap forward reveals itself.” Together, after we uncover who you truly are, you gain clarity on your direction, and create the roadmap to confidently navigate your transition.
4. Action
Take the first step; Lasting transformation comes from aligning who you are with the actions required to become who you’re meant to be.” A powerful vision requires more than clarity — it requires courageous and consistent action.
5. Lasting Transformation
Lasting transformation happens when identity is strengthened, clarity is gained, direction becomes intentional, and courageous action is practiced consistently.

About Me
|
Mary Hollowell Mary Hollowell is a Career Reinvention Coach who helps accomplished professionals navigate the transition from a career that has defined them to a future that feels more aligned, meaningful, and financially rewarding. Her approach combines real-world executive experience, performance principles, and a deep understanding of professional identity and change. Through her work, Mary helps clients gain clarity about what they want next, recognize the value of the experience they already have, reposition themselves for new opportunities, and confidently take action. Mary’s own career has been shaped by reinvention. She began her professional life in New York while pursuing acting and studying with renowned acting teacher Lee Strasberg. To support her ambitions, she took a temporary position on Wall Street. What began as a job became a 25-year career, during which she served as a strategic partner to senior management in some of the world’s most demanding professional environments. That experience gave Mary an insider’s perspective on leadership, executive decision-making, high performance, and what it takes to navigate change at the highest levels. It also taught her that professional success does not always mean personal fulfillment—and that sometimes the next chapter requires the courage to redefine what success means. Long before coaching became her focus, Mary learned about resilience, discipline, and performance through two very different influences: her father, a decorated war hero, home builder, and entrepreneur, and her years competing in equestrian show jumping. The sport taught her lasting lessons about judgment, trust, timing, courage, adaptability, and performing under pressure. Her years studying acting taught her the power of presence, identity, and stepping into a new role. Today, Mary brings these experiences together in her work with professionals who know they are ready for something different but aren’t yet clear on what that something is—or how to make it real. She is the creator of The Career Reinvention Method™, a guided approach designed to help professionals understand where they are, define where they want to go, and create a clear strategy to get there. Mary holds a BA from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study and has been an active member of SGI-USA for more than 25 years. Her belief is simple: you don’t have to start over to reinvent your career. You have to learn how to see the value of who you’ve become—and build what’s next from there.
